Busy

I have been so busy lately. Still cooking this baby...but hoping she will come early. We got some more visitors from California...my Parents, Robbe and Christine. They came right after Joi and Scotlin left. It was so much fun to have them here. They played a ton with Cheryl while I sat and they even cleaned my bathroom...which was pure bliss since I have a hard time with the chemical smells and cleaning that tub. I don't think I did the dishes once when they were here, that was so nice. And thanks Dad for breaking my new rocker glider. I need a new one now. We went to This is the Place, Pioneer village...I think it was 100 degrees that day, but it was fun. Also, we had a lot of good conversation...I used to not really like my parents...but I have to say I really like them now. Not just because they served me while they came. They are amazing people and fun to be around. After they came to visit...I made lists! I have been sewing, sewing, and sewing. Trying to get things done before

Homemade Diaper Bag

I finally made a diaper bag for myself to replace the nasty old one I had. I am so far loving it a ton. I went from a pattern at first then scraped it and did my own design. I am happy with the result and now I am contemplating on making more and selling them. XOXO-Erin

Visitors from Cali

My sister Joi and her 3 month old baby Scotlin came to visit me from California. It was so good to see her and her precious little girl. We went to the Hogle Zoo and Cheryl went on the carosel for the first time and she had so much fun. We also went to the Dinosaur Museum. We did so much together, really more than I ever do normally, which was a lot of fun. The time went by so fast and I miss those girls a ton. Joi has been through so much lately that it was nice to relax and hang out. We stayed up way too late every night and just kept going on adrenalin every day. Cheryl and Scotty did so good together. Being pregnant, I looked at Joi feeding Scotty a bottle and just bawled, mostly because I am happy for her and because we both have little girls now and what a miracle it is. Thank you Rob for sharing your wife and daughter with us. I can't wait for all the many years to come to do all these fun things the our kids. I love you Joi and miss Scottys smile. XOXO-Erin

28 weeks and counting

I am feeling pretty good right now. Although it is like 90 degrees outside and the bigger I get the hotter I get. It is kinda nice to just throw on some sandals and not have to ask someone to tie my shoes and even put them on me. I haven't gained as much weight this pregnancy and I can really tell the difference. I can actually move, which is really nice considering I have a toddler to wrangle. This little girl kicks me really hard, I think harder than Cheryl did. My sciatica isn't bothering me hardly at all anymore too. My sister Joi visited with her 3 month old daughter Scotlin and I was nervous to see if Cheryl, my 17 month old would be good around her. I was pleasantly surprised, she did so good with her, giving her kisses and putting the Binky in Scotty's mouth. I feel so much better having my second girl, knowing that Cheryl is going to be a great big sister. I can't wait to have my girl's play together. XOXO-Erin
