Ultrasound and Pregnancy Woes

I went to another Ultrasound and Doctor's appointment this week. They said that our baby is now 2 pounds 13 ounces. She had her foot and hands up by her face when we started looking at her and by the end she kicked her leg back down. I think we startled her. She looks perfect right now...she just needs to get bigger. Can you please explain to my why I have stretch Marks on my butt only? Yep, that's right, I have been rubbing that stretch mark cream on myself like I am showering in it and the only place I got them is on my used to be small butt. I have the biggest butt now with stretch marks. I am so glad they are behind me so I really don't see them all the time. They just hurt like hell. Give me a butt pad or something. Ahhh. My back has been killing me lately too...so I went to a chiropractor. It was amazing! Who knew that adjusting my back would make a huge difference. It cleared up my sinus problems and I can actually breath now. And that was just my first appointment.

OH Sheep!

Cedar City has there Livestock Harvest Festival every year, and we were able to go. It was actually really fun. They parades a ton of tractor's, Carriages and beautiful horses down Main St. The best part was the Huge amount of Sheep. I thought that they were going to stampede all the people but they did really good and passed themselves down the street. Now you all know how small of a town I live in. XOXO-Erin

In Loving Memory...

Today is the anniversary of the passing of my mother in law and Nathan's mom. She is always in our thoughts. She was a strong, intelligent, beautiful and spiritual person. She was always learning and growing. Her legacy will be remembered through the naming of our daughter, Cheryl. We love her very much. I just wanted to remind every woman to do a self breast exam. You could possibly save your life. Breast cancer is still a very serious disease and can be prevented by early detection...and also by getting second and third opinions. Life is precious and should be lived every day to the fullest. XOXO-Erin

Pumpkin Carving!

We are always trying to do free or less expensive date's. So, we decided to carve pumpkins. It was so much fun! We even got a carving kit and I got all professional on my pumpkin and carved a witch. Nathan did a great job too...although he wanted his face on the pumpkin instead of his carving of the cowboy...which was way scarier, I thought. I love to celebrate all the funny little Holiday's. I also had another Doctor's appointment. I am now having to go to the Doctor's every two weeks...it seems excessive...but I am getting closer to my January 10th due date. Everything went good. I just need to eat more veggies and slow down on my exercising a little bit. The problem is that every time I eat veggies I about throw up, so I really hope I will be able to eat those nasty greens. I am now counting every day for her kicks. I have to count her kicking ten times in an hour...well, she really exceeds that. She must be a gymnast, because she kicks me about twenty times in an ho

Dresses and Snow!

I finally finished the cute little dresses for our little girl. She probably won't be able to wear them until she grows a bit bigger though. I think I am going to retire my sewing machine for a little while. I am totally done with sewing for now. Just wanted to let you know that I have our last year's Halloween picture at the bottom of the page and there is some new music that you might want to check out...compliments of Nathan(He wanted some of his music on here). Also, my newest pregnancy picture is on the right of the screen. Many pictures to look at. Sorry they are just of me mostly. We had a fun snow fall this weekend. It was apparently really early for Utah. It didn't really stick to the ground but it was fun to see from inside the house. It is officially winter, I think....very cold and snowy. Time to bust out the Hot Chocolate! XOXO-Erin

Kangaroo Baby

I feel like a punching bag! This little girl of ours has a really strong kick. The doctor says that she must be very healthy because she is so active. I am glad I am not a kangaroo...they keep there baby's in there pouch and those kangaroo's have big feet. She has kept me up at night kicking away. I can't wait until she gets bigger...she is going to kick my ribs and organs. Yeah! We watched The Church of Jesus Christ's Semi-annual General Conference this weekend. It was so nice not to have to dress up and go sit on hard chairs at the Church on Sunday. We are so blessed to be in Utah where they play Conference on three different channels. XOXO-Erin
