I voted today!

I voted today...and let me tell you...it was so exciting! Well, not really, it was raining and cold and this old man was standing in line behind me and I think he was about to cough up a lung or just die on me. Poor guy...at least he voted though. I figured if the person I wanted to win didn't then I could at least complain about it, since I voted. And I voted for Cedar City to get a new city pool...I was pretty stoked about that. This is the weirdest year of voting, I think. Everyone acted like it was the end of days if you don't vote, so I am glad I did.

Yay for you! I am so glad you did. I saw a pregnant woman in line with me and thought of you standing in line with your belly poking out. hehe It made me smile. Luckily the lines weren't that long. I am glad I voted too! Still waiting for some more results to show up, but at least we know who the pres is now. I guess I should be excited but I am feeling a little lackluster about it. Anyways, nice background babe!

Calm down. LOL

Joi..I feel a little lack luster too...but...he is a good man and will do what he thinks is best, even if it isn't our best...you know? I know I will support him and we will see what happens...
Yea for you!! I wish we still had physical voting stations... we are all absentee ballots. I miss going to the polls... even if there are deathly ill people behind me!

January 5th, 2009!

Cheryl Love Christopherson was born on 01-05-09, weighing 6 pounds 11 ounces, and 18 inches long. Happy Birthday, we love you! We went to the hospital at 2a.m. Monday morning to be induced for labor, they gave me Patocin to get it going...I was already dilated to 3 centimeters at that time. At around 11 or so I received the wonderful Epidural, Yeah! I still was not progressing, and next thing we knew Cheryl was not handling the contractions very well. They had to turn the Patocin off and turned the Epidural off...because I couldn't feel my legs at all. The doctor said if we don't progress and the contractions keep bugging the baby then we would have to do a C-section. Great! I thought...get this over with already....I don't care how! Well, I didn't have to have a C-section after all and by 5 p.m. I was finally in full dilation. Witch meant...Time to push, I pushed for 2 hours and there she was, a beautiful little girl at 7:18 p.m. What a long day, to say the least! Ther...

When will she arrive?

My doctor has said that my due date is between January 5th to the 10th! I would like to know what everyone thinks when I will have this baby. Take a guess and whoever is the closest then we will name Cheryl's teddy bear after you! We are definitely ready now! We have a cradle, made by my Dad and also a great car seat and stroller finally. I think we were supposed to get that first, but oh well. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Campbell. Cheryl can now come home from the hospital and sleep in the cradle. XOXO-Erin

Our Baby Girl's Room

The Baby room is getting more attention now. I have decorated the walls and put new bedding in the crib. I thought about painting the walls but I think it looks better with the original cream color. I really didn't want to much going on in there. She is one lucky girl to have all this attention to her room. If you didn't notice from the pictures we have decided to name her Cheryl Love Christopherson. She is named after her Grandma Christopherson that has passed away from breast cancer. She was a amazing woman and so little Cheryl has some big shoes to fill. My next project is to make some cute little dresses for her. We can't wait for her arrival. XOXO-Erin
